We provide the platform, but we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of products or services listed by businesses.

3. User Accounts

  • Businesses must provide accurate and complete information when creating profiles.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination.

4. Business Pages & Listings

  • Businesses can create mini-websites (pages) with product and service listings.

  • Listings must be accurate, legal, and not misleading.

  • Prohibited content includes counterfeit products, harmful or illegal goods, and offensive material.

5. Orders & Payments

  • Customers can place orders directly through Aquasphere.

  • Payments are processed securely via integrated systems.

  • Aquasphere is not a seller; the contract is between the customer and the business.

  • Refunds, returns, and disputes are handled directly by the business unless otherwise stated.

6. Fees & Charges

  • Some features may require subscription or service fees.

  • Businesses agree to pay applicable charges as outlined in their plan.

7. Responsibilities of Businesses

Businesses agree to:

  • Deliver products/services as described.

  • Handle customer complaints, refunds, and support.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order and payment information.

  • Respect businesses by not engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or abuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Aquasphere provides the platform “as is” without guarantees.

  • We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between businesses and customers.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Aquasphere owns all rights to the platform’s software, design, and branding.

  • Businesses retain ownership of their own content but grant us a license to display it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aquasphere after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Eswatini (or relevant jurisdiction).
